Rock breaking is what we do on site. Mineral processing is what METALOG was built for. If your rock comes from a mining area, we collect and log samples during the job and run gravity amenability testing — a controlled test of how much of your gold can be recovered by clean, density-based processing.
- Sample collection on site — taken, sealed and logged under a documented chain of custody, so your result belongs to your rock.
- Gravity amenability test — your ore is crushed and run over gravity concentration; we measure what a clean, mercury-free circuit would actually recover.
- Your report & route — recoverable value, the recommended processing route, and a toll-processing option when our demonstration plant takes ore.
QUESTIONS
Is it really silent and safe?
The breaking itself is completely silent — a chemical compound expands inside drilled holes and cracks the rock overnight. No blast, no shockwave, no flying stone, no vibration damage to walls or pipes beside it. The drilling is ordinary construction noise, done in daytime.
How long does it take?
We drill and charge in one visit; the rock cracks overnight. Most household jobs are broken and cleared within a day or two of the deposit.
Do I need any permit?
No. Nothing we use is explosive, so no blasting licence, no permits, no evacuation. That is the whole point.
Can you make building blocks?
Yes — with a linear drilling pattern the same chemistry splits boulders along clean lines into uniform stone you can build with.
Can you tell me if my rock carries gold?
Yes — that is METALOG's core business. We collect sealed, logged samples at your site and run gravity amenability testing: a controlled measurement of how much value clean, density-based processing would recover from your ore, with no mercury and no cyanide. You receive a written result and a recommended route.
